Nominations Nominations are to be made in writing on the official Nomination Form. Nominations are to contain the name, student number and signatures of twenty (20) students entitled to vote at the elections as nominators and the name, student number and signature of the candidate.
Nominations must be delivered to either the Returning Officer or the SRC Administration Officer at the Students’ Representative Council Inc. Office not later than 5:00pm on
Where a ballot is required to decide the elections, a ‘draw’ to determine the order of the candidates’ names on the ballot paper will be conducted by the Returning Officer at the office of the Students’ Representative Council Inc. at 10.00am on Wednesday, 20 August 2008.Order of Candidates Names on Ticket: Advice of the order of candidates names on a ticket must be received by the Returning Officer no later than the close of nominations at 5.00pm on Tuesday 19 August 2008.

Preference Schedule. Where candidates wish to be grouped on the ballot paper, a Preference Schedule must be completed and submitted to either the Returning Officer or the SRC Administration Officer no later than 12:00 noon on
Candidates Photographs and Statements: Candidates may submit a passport size photograph of themself and a policy statement of not more than 200 words in support of their nomination. The photograph and policy statement must be submitted with the candidate’s nomination.
